Nano Banana Pro + Kling 3.0 - a Bengal tiger brings a hat cut from the same check as the suit

A Bengal tiger brings a man a bucket hat in the same check as his suit, with a typed-out wordmark

Nano Banana Pro + Kling 3.0 - a Bengal tiger brings a hat cut from the same check as the suit

In today's "animal frames" series I did a spot for Kenzo. A man in a two-tone check suit walks into a white studio, a Bengal tiger pads in with a bucket hat in its mouth, and they head out before the KENZO wordmark snaps on. Kenzo isn't a client, I was just testing. The angle here is the hat: I wanted it to read as part of the outfit, so it's cut from the same check as the suit.

Here's my exact process.

1. The room

A prompt-only studio first, white curved wall, pale floor, window on the left.

Exact prompt

Create a new photorealistic image. This is a photograph taken inside a minimalist white studio from the start — not a composite. Shoot the whole space natively, with a single unified natural light source across every surface. THE VIBE: Austere, hushed, expensive emptiness — the pared-back quiet-luxury minimalism of a high-fashion campaign set before anything is placed in it. The room feels intellectual and cool, precise but not sterile, where the quality of light and the fall of a shadow are the only events. Stillness and generous negative space. THE SETTING: A clean, modern white studio — a seamless matte-white cyclorama sweep curving gently from floor to wall with no visible seam, its surface carrying the faintest real texture and tonal variation so it reads as painted plaster, not a flat digital void. A polished pale microcement floor with a soft satin sheen, subtle and almost imperceptible reflections. One tall floor-to-ceiling window just out of frame to the left. Architectural, uncluttered, refined proportions. THE LIGHT: Soft directional daylight raking in low from the left through the unseen window, casting long, clean, elongated geometric shadows across the white sweep and floor — the crisp diagonal of a window frame and mullions stretched across the wall. Gentle falloff from bright highlight to soft grey shadow, smooth gradients, no harsh clipping. Cool-neutral white balance with the faintest warmth where the sun lands. THE KEY DETAILS: The natural window-cast shadows are the subject — long, soft-edged diagonal bars and a rectangle of light on the floor. Delicate dust motes suspended in the light shaft. Subtle tonal gradation across the seamless wall. THE MOOD: Editorial, muted, cold-clinical calm with a breath of warmth. Restrained luxury. A clean neutral grade, whites held just off pure white, soft grey shadows, nothing oversaturated. THE COMPOSITION: Wide architectural frame, eye level, straight-on and balanced. Vast negative space with the shadows placed on a rule-of-thirds diagonal as the leading lines; low emphasis, open airy upper frame. THE CAMERA: Cinematic editorial architectural still — wide framing, eye-level straight position, deep focus with everything sharp edge to edge, lit exclusively by the single window daylight source with no studio strobes and no artificial separation, a clean cool-neutral naturalistic grade in the vein of Roger Deakins' understated natural light. Light falls off gently toward the frame edges. Hyperreal, tactile, every surface present.

Then the same room again with a white floor.

Exact prompt

Create a new photorealistic image, but the floor is now white. Preserve everything else from the reference exactly — the seamless matte-white cyclorama wall, the soft low directional daylight from the left, the long clean geometric window-cast shadows, the composition, framing, grade and mood all stay identical. THE FLOOR (CHANGED): The floor is now a clean matte white, continuous with the seamless white cyclorama sweep so wall and floor read as one unbroken white surface, no visible seam. A soft satin sheen with subtle, almost imperceptible reflections, the faintest real texture and tonal variation so it reads as painted plaster rather than a flat digital void — never pure clipped white. THE SETTING (LOCKED): The minimalist white studio, the seamless curving cyclorama, the tall floor-to-ceiling window just out of frame to the left. Do NOT redesign the environment. THE LIGHT (LOCKED): Soft directional daylight raking in low from the left, casting long, clean, elongated geometric window-frame and mullion shadows across the white sweep and now the white floor, with gentle falloff to soft grey and smooth gradients. Cool-neutral white balance with the faintest warmth where the sun lands. Delicate dust motes in the light shaft. THE MOOD (LOCKED): Editorial, muted, cold-clinical calm with a breath of warmth, restrained luxury, clean neutral grade, whites held just off pure white. THE COMPOSITION (LOCKED): Wide architectural frame, eye level, straight-on, vast negative space, the shadows on a rule-of-thirds diagonal as leading lines, open airy upper frame. THE CAMERA (LOCKED): Cinematic editorial architectural still, deep focus everything sharp edge to edge, lit exclusively by the single window daylight source, clean cool-neutral naturalistic grade, gentle edge falloff. Hyperreal and tactile.

2. Build the suit in words

No product photos, I described the look: a relaxed single-breasted jacket in deep navy with Prince of Wales check panels and a kimono-style lapel, worn open over a cream and navy striped fine knit, matching check trousers and lace-up leather work boots. He stands on the left third, one hand in his pocket, looking toward the window. The empty room is the only reference, and I asked for no large brand text.

Cinematic editorial fashion still, 16:9. Same seamless matte-white cyclorama studio: white curved sweep melting into continuous matte-white floor, faint painted-plaster texture, soft satin floor sheen. Soft directional daylight raking in low from the LEFT, casting long clean geometric window-frame and mullion shadows to the RIGHT across the floor. Cool-neutral white balance, faintest warmth, dust motes in the light shaft. Roger Deakins naturalistic grade, deep focus. A man stands in the LEFT third of the frame, vast white negative space filling the rest above and to the right. Early thirties, athletic build, warm medium-brown skin, short cropped dark hair, well-groomed short stubble. He wears a KENZO Fall-Winter 2026 two-tone tailored suit: a relaxed single-breasted jacket in deep navy contrasted with Prince-of-Wales check wool panels, cut with a subtle kimono/peak lapel, worn open over a bi-color striped fine-knit sweater in cream and navy. Slightly relaxed matching check trousers, clean lace-up leather work boots. Quietly confident stance, weight on one leg, one hand loosely in pocket, gaze off to the LEFT toward the light. Refined Japanese-French tailoring, editorial menswear. No visible large brand text.

3. Hand him the hat

This frame got two references: his pose frame for him and the suit, and the empty room so the set stays clean. The tiger and the hat are both from text.

The hat is the part I cared about. It's a soft structured bucket hat in navy and cream check matching the suit, with a small embroidered tiger on it. He's crouched on the left holding it on his knee in his left hand, and his right hand strokes the top of the tiger's head. I asked for a wide shot with both of them small in the lower third and lots of white above.

Cinematic editorial fashion still, 16:9, WIDE shot with small figures low in the frame and vast white negative space above. Same seamless matte-white cyclorama studio: white curved sweep melting into continuous matte-white floor, faint painted-plaster texture, soft satin sheen. Soft directional daylight raking in low from the LEFT, long clean geometric window-frame shadows stretching to the RIGHT. Cool-neutral white balance, dust motes in the light. Roger Deakins naturalistic grade, deep focus. The same man from the reference — early thirties, warm medium-brown skin, short cropped dark hair, short stubble — is crouched low on the LEFT, wearing the KENZO Fall-Winter 2026 two-tone navy / Prince-of-Wales check tailored suit with kimono lapel, bi-color cream-and-navy striped knit, check trousers, leather work boots. On the RIGHT of the frame, a full-grown Bengal TIGER stands calmly at floor level, orange-and-black striped coat, facing him. The tiger has just delivered a KENZO bucket HAT — a soft structured bucket hat in navy-and-cream check matching the suit, with a small embroidered tiger emblem — which the man now holds in his LEFT hand resting on his knee. His RIGHT hand reaches out to gently stroke the top of the tiger's head. Serene, tender moment. Both figures small in the lower third, enormous calm white space above. Editorial luxury campaign.

4. A wordmark from scratch

No logo file on this one. The card used the empty room as its only reference, and the wordmark came from words: the five letters K E N Z O in bold, clean uppercase, correctly spelled, level and centred, with nothing else in the frame.

Minimalist title card, 16:9. The same seamless matte-white cyclorama studio: curved white sweep into continuous matte-white floor, faint painted-plaster texture, soft satin sheen. Soft directional daylight raking from the LEFT, faint geometric window shadows to the RIGHT, dust motes in the light. Cool-neutral grade. Centered on the white wall, the KENZO wordmark as a flat crisp black title graphic: the five letters K E N Z O in bold, clean, geometric uppercase sans-serif lettering, correctly spelled, evenly spaced, perfectly level, sharp and centered. Nothing else in the frame — just the empty luxurious white studio and the centered black KENZO logo. Editorial end-card.

5. He walks in

Empty room first, his pose last. He strolls in and settles into the hand-in-pocket pose.

Quick warning: I didn't name an entry side in this prompt, unlike the rest of the series. If you care which side he comes from, say it.

Static locked camera, no camera movement. The empty white studio; a man strides in and settles into a confident standing pose in the left third of the frame — weight on one leg, one hand slipping into his pocket, head turning to gaze off to the left toward the light. Natural unhurried walk, fabric of the two-tone check suit moving softly, long window shadows steady on the floor. Cinematic editorial, calm and elegant. The frame is locked; no camera movement.

6. The tiger brings it

His pose first, the tiger frame last. The tiger pads in from the right at floor level carrying the hat in its mouth. He lowers into a crouch, takes the hat with his left hand, rests it on his knee and strokes its head with his right. The camera stays locked and both figures stay small and low.

Exact prompt

Static locked camera, no camera movement. The man stands posed on the left. A full-grown Bengal tiger pads calmly into frame from the RIGHT at floor level, carrying a navy-and-cream check KENZO bucket hat in its mouth. The man lowers into a crouch to meet it, gently takes the hat with his left hand and rests it on his knee, then reaches out with his right hand to stroke the top of the tiger's head. Slow, tender, serene motion. Both figures small and low in the frame, vast calm white space above. Cinematic editorial. The frame is locked; no camera movement.

7. Exit right

The tiger frame first, the wordmark card last. He rises with the hat in hand and they walk off to the right. The wordmark snaps on all at once mid-stride, no fade, and holds still.

Kling 3.0$0.84

Exact prompt

Static locked camera, no camera movement. The man rises from the crouch, the KENZO bucket hat in hand, and he and the tiger turn and walk off together toward the RIGHT, slow and unhurried. While they are still mid-stride exiting right, the KENZO wordmark appears ALL AT ONCE in a single instant, snapping into place fully formed and centred over the frame as a flat crisp black title graphic — NOT fading or dissolving in. It holds perfectly still and sharp as they finish exiting right, and the frame resolves to the clean white studio with the centred black KENZO logo. The frame is locked; no camera movement.

8. One video

The three clips joined in order. I had Emero do it, but a basic editor works fine.

Why it works

The hat was written as the same navy and cream check as the suit, so the thing the tiger hands over belongs to the outfit he's already wearing. The stills lock all of that in before any video runs, and the clips only move him and the tiger between them.

Your turn: pick one pattern from an outfit you're shooting and put it on the accessory too.

Emero writes the prompts for every frame and remembers your outfits between chats, at cost.
