Nano Banana Pro + Kling 3.0 - fashion spot where an ostrich delivers the bag

Three stills and three clips turn one outfit into a fashion spot with an ostrich delivery

8 generations$3.06 total

In today's "animal frames" series I did a spot using Louis Vuitton's Millionaire Speedy in Rouge: a Speedy duffel in crocodile leather with the monogram all over, tan leather handles, a chunky gold chain strap and a padlock. You could use your own products as references if you want.

I built the spot as stills first, then animated between them. The empty studio came from a prompt alone, no references. The pose frame used the empty studio as its one reference, for the room, the camera and the light only. The delivery frame used two: the pose frame to keep her, the outfit and the room, and a product sheet of the Millionaire Speedy for the bag's shape and hardware, recolored to Rouge. The end card used the pose frame for the room and light, and a Louis Vuitton logo image for the artwork only. Each clip then travels between two of these frames, so the room, the outfit and the bag hold.

1. Build the empty studio

Start with the room alone, from a prompt and no references. A seamless white cyclorama, a pale satin floor, and a tall window just out of frame on the left. Soft daylight rakes in low and lays long window-frame shadows across the wall and floor. Leave the right side of the room empty for the animal.

Create a new photorealistic image. This is a photograph taken inside a minimalist white studio from the start — not a composite. Shoot the whole space natively, with a single unified natural light source across every surface. THE VIBE: Austere, hushed, expensive emptiness — the pared-back quiet-luxury minimalism of a high-fashion campaign set before anything is placed in it. The room feels intellectual and cool, precise but not sterile, where the quality of light and the fall of a shadow are the only events. Stillness and generous negative space. THE SETTING: A clean, modern white studio — a seamless matte-white cyclorama sweep curving gently from floor to wall with no visible seam, its surface carrying the faintest real texture and tonal variation so it reads as painted plaster, not a flat digital void. A polished pale microcement floor with a soft satin sheen, subtle and almost imperceptible reflections. One tall floor-to-ceiling window just out of frame to the left. Architectural, uncluttered, refined proportions. THE LIGHT: Soft directional daylight raking in low from the left through the unseen window, casting long, clean, elongated geometric shadows across the white sweep and floor — the crisp diagonal of a window frame and mullions stretched across the wall. Gentle falloff from bright highlight to soft grey shadow, smooth gradients, no harsh clipping. Cool-neutral white balance with the faintest warmth where the sun lands. THE KEY DETAILS: The natural window-cast shadows are the subject — long, soft-edged diagonal bars and a rectangle of light on the floor. Delicate dust motes suspended in the light shaft. Subtle tonal gradation across the seamless wall. THE MOOD: Editorial, muted, cold-clinical calm with a breath of warmth. Restrained luxury. A clean neutral grade, whites held just off pure white, soft grey shadows, nothing oversaturated. THE COMPOSITION: Wide architectural frame, eye level, straight-on and balanced. Vast negative space with the shadows placed on a rule-of-thirds diagonal as the leading lines; low emphasis, open airy upper frame. THE CAMERA: Cinematic editorial architectural still — wide framing, eye-level straight position, deep focus with everything sharp edge to edge, lit exclusively by the single window daylight source with no studio strobes and no artificial separation, a clean cool-neutral naturalistic grade in the vein of Roger Deakins' understated natural light. Light falls off gently toward the frame edges. Hyperreal, tactile, every surface present.

2. Build the pose frame

One model, full body, small in the left third, standing in the window light. One bold color head to toe. Pass the empty studio as the first reference and tell the model to use the reference for the room, the camera and where she stands, and to ignore anything else in the image.

Exact prompt

Photorealistic luxury fashion-campaign still, 16:9, shot natively in the exact white studio from the first reference: the opening pose frame of a women's spot, one model alone in a vast bright room. THE VIBE: Bold, joyful high-fashion color against pure white. One saturated red figure in a quiet sunlit room, poised and confident, the calm before something surprising walks in. IDENTITY LOCK: The first reference is used ONLY for the room, the camera position and where the model stands. IGNORE the person and the clothing in the first reference completely. THE SUBJECT: ONE single female model, late twenties, warm medium-brown skin, sleek high bun, elegant long neck. She wears a head-to-toe Louis Vuitton look in vivid saturated rouge red: a sharp cropped tailored jacket in a bold red-and-blush Damier checkerboard, worn over a tonal red knit top, with matching high-waisted wide-leg trousers in the same red Damier check, and red pointed leather pumps. Small gold hardware accents. True colour under neutral light: a pure cherry red with soft blush checks. Relaxed confident stance, weight on one leg, one hand loosely at her hip, gaze turned to the LEFT toward the window light. Exactly one person, no bag, no animal. THE FACE: Natural skin texture with real pores, soft glow from the window, minimal makeup with a red lip, no plastic smoothing. THE SETTING: The same seamless matte-white cyclorama as the first reference, continuous white floor with a soft satin sheen, tall window on the LEFT edge of frame. Empty white floor stretching to the right. THE LIGHT: KEY: soft directional daylight raking in low from the left window, hitting her left side and casting her shadow to the right; the red reads slightly warmer on the lit side and deeper crimson in the shade. FIELD: bright, about one stop above her, with the long geometric window-frame shadows lying across the floor and wall to the right exactly as in the first reference. Cool-neutral white balance, faint warmth, dust motes in the light, naturalistic grade, deep focus. THE KEY DETAILS: The red Damier check is crisp and evenly scaled across jacket and trousers. No large brand text anywhere. THE MOOD: Calm, chic, a little playful; Pharrell-era Louis Vuitton color confidence. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE framing, matching the first reference. She stands SMALL, full body, in the LEFT THIRD, about one third in from the left edge, standing inside the window light patch on the floor. Big airy white space above her and a wide empty floor to her right for an animal to enter later. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye level, static, deep focus, same lens and distance as the first reference.

3. Build the delivery frame

Same frame, now with the animal. The pose frame keeps her, the outfit and the room. The product sheet gives the bag's shape and hardware only. The ostrich comes in from the right with the bag in the beak, and she reaches for the handles.

Exact prompt

Photorealistic luxury fashion-campaign still, 16:9, the exact same frame as the first reference — same white studio, same camera, same woman in the same red outfit in the same spot — now with a tall ostrich arriving from the right to hand her a red bag. THE VIBE: Bold, joyful high-fashion color against pure white, with an impossible twist. A full-grown ostrich has strutted into a luxury studio carrying a red designer bag in its beak, and she reaches for it as if this happens every day. Playful, surreal, completely real-looking. IDENTITY LOCK: Use the woman from the first reference as the subject — preserve her face, skin, hair, body and her entire red outfit exactly, from the first reference. The second reference is used ONLY for the bag's shape, hardware and monogram pattern; ignore its yellow colour, its page layout and all text on the page. THE SUBJECT: The same woman, warm medium-brown skin, sleek high bun, in the vivid rouge red-and-blush Damier checkerboard cropped jacket, tonal red knit top, matching red Damier wide-leg trousers and red pointed pumps, all from the first reference. She has turned her head and shoulders toward the right to face the ostrich, one arm extended with an open hand closing around the bag's top handles, a delighted half-smile. Still standing in the same place. THE OSTRICH: one real adult common ostrich, entering from the right, standing close beside her on the floor to her right. Glossy black body plumage with white wing and tail plumes, long bare pinkish-grey neck, small head, big dark eyes, long bare legs with two-toed feet planted on the white floor. Its head is bent down on its long neck toward her hand, and it holds the bag by its leather top handles in its beak. Tall and imposing — its head at roughly her head height before it bends — real feathers, real weight. THE BAG: a Speedy-shaped barrel duffel from the second reference, recoloured to ROUGE: soft cherry red with a tonal pale-pink monogram of flowers and LV initials all over, tan-apricot leather top handles and trim, a chunky gold chain strap draped across the front, and a small gold padlock hanging at one end. True colour under neutral light: cherry red bag with blush monogram. THE FACE: Natural skin texture with real pores, soft glow from the window, red lip, no plastic smoothing. THE SETTING: The same seamless matte-white cyclorama as the first reference, continuous white floor with a soft satin sheen, tall window on the LEFT edge of frame. No other objects. THE LIGHT: KEY: soft directional daylight raking in low from the left window, lighting the left sides of the woman and ostrich, both casting long soft shadows to the right on the floor; the red reads warmer on the lit side and deeper crimson in shade; the ostrich's black plumage shows soft sheen on its lit side. FIELD: bright, about one stop above them, with the long geometric window-frame shadows across the floor and wall to the right exactly as in the first reference. Cool-neutral white balance, faint warmth, naturalistic grade, deep focus, unified light on woman, bird and bag. THE KEY DETAILS: The handoff is the focal point — her hand on the handles, the ostrich's beak still holding them, the red bag hanging between them. Red Damier check crisp on her outfit. No large brand text anywhere, no logo on the wall. THE MOOD: Chic, witty, surreal luxury; Pharrell-era Louis Vuitton color confidence. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE framing, locked to the first reference. She stays SMALL, full body, in the LEFT THIRD in the window light patch. The ostrich stands just to her right, full body visible, feet on the floor, no cropping. Big airy white space above both and empty floor beyond the ostrich to the right edge. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye level, static, deep focus, same lens and distance as the first reference.

4. Build the end card

The same studio, empty, with the brand logo on the wall. The pose frame gives the room and light. The logo image gives the artwork only. Ask for one logo, no echo, no duplicate.

Exact prompt

Photorealistic editorial end-card, 16:9: the exact white studio from the first reference, photographed from the identical camera position, now completely EMPTY, with the Louis Vuitton logo on the wall. THE VIBE: The quiet final beat of a luxury fashion spot. The model and the ostrich have just walked out, the sunlit room is empty and still, and the brand mark sits on the wall. Clean, calm, confident. IDENTITY LOCK: The first reference is used ONLY for the room, the camera, the window and the exact light pattern; REMOVE the woman entirely, no person, no clothing, no shadow of a person. The second reference is used ONLY for the logo artwork; ignore its room and light. THE SUBJECT: The Louis Vuitton logo from the second reference — the interlocking black serif "LV" monogram above the black "LOUIS VUITTON" wordmark — reproduced precisely, unchanged in shape and proportion, as a flat matte black graphic printed on the wall, centered horizontally in the frame, perfectly level and sharp. Rendered ONCE: one single logo, no duplicate, no echo, no reflection copy. THE SETTING: The same seamless matte-white cyclorama and continuous white floor with soft satin sheen as the first reference, tall window on the LEFT edge of frame. Nothing else in the room: no person, no animal, no bag, no props. THE LIGHT: KEY: the same soft directional daylight raking in low from the left window as the first reference, with the SAME long geometric window-frame light patches and shadows on the wall and floor, in the same positions and angles — do not remove or flatten them. FIELD: bright white room. The logo sits in the light naturally, as paint on the wall. Cool-neutral white balance, faint warmth, dust motes in the light, naturalistic grade, deep focus. THE KEY DETAILS: The logo is the only graphic in the frame. Exact letterforms "LOUIS VUITTON", correct spelling. THE MOOD: Quiet, premium, final. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE framing identical to the first reference. Logo centered on the back wall, at about the height where the model's chest was, occupying roughly a quarter of the frame height. Floor and window light unchanged. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye level, static, deep focus, same lens and distance as the first reference.

5. Animate the walk-in

The empty studio is the first frame, the pose frame is the last. She enters from the right edge and walks left to her mark. Name the direction, say one single person, and rule out sliding and walking backward.

Exact prompt

Create a new video where a woman in a head-to-toe red checkerboard suit walks into an empty, sunlit white studio from the right side of frame, crosses the floor, and settles into a calm, confident pose in the left third of the room, standing in the window light. Locked camera, one continuous take, luxury fashion-campaign look: bright, clean, cool-neutral daylight with faint warmth. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: the empty white cyclorama studio, tall window on the LEFT edge, soft daylight raking in low from the left and laying long geometric window-frame light patches across the wall and floor. No one is in the room. Video animates FROM this position. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the white wall, floor, window and every light patch remain static. Only animate the woman. ONE single woman walks in from the RIGHT edge of frame, facing and moving LEFT, walking forward with natural steps: feet planting on the floor, hips and shoulders moving, arms swinging lightly. She is a woman in her late twenties with warm medium-brown skin and a sleek high bun, wearing a cropped tailored jacket and matching high-waisted wide-leg trousers in a vivid cherry-red and blush checkerboard, a tonal red knit top and red pointed pumps. Her trousers sway with each step. No bag, no animal. [SCENE 2] She slows as she reaches the window light patch about one third in from the left edge, takes a last step, plants her weight on one leg, rests one hand loosely at her hip and turns her gaze toward the window on the left. She settles and holds still. Her final pose, position and outfit match the end frame exactly, and she reaches it only on the very last frame. THE LIGHT: KEY: soft directional daylight from the left window lights her left side as she enters the light patch; her red reads warmer on the lit side and deeper crimson in shade; her shadow falls long to the right on the floor. FIELD: the bright white room, about one stop above her, unchanged. THE CAMERA: straight-on, eye level, static, wide framing, deep focus. No camera move. Constraints: ONE single person, no clones, no duplicates. She walks forward in the direction she faces, NOT backward, not sliding, not gliding, not drifting, no moonwalking. The outfit never changes: same red checkerboard jacket and trousers throughout. The room never changes. No text, no logo.

6. Animate the delivery

Pose frame first, delivery frame last. The ostrich enters already holding the bag, so the bag never pops in mid-clip. Lock the bird's size so the bird stays the same height the whole way.

Exact prompt

Create a new video where a woman in a head-to-toe red checkerboard suit stands calmly in a sunlit white studio when a full-grown ostrich strides in from the right carrying a red monogram duffel bag by its handles in its beak; it stops beside her, bends its long neck down, and she turns with a delighted smile and takes the bag's handles from its beak. Locked camera, one continuous take, bright clean luxury fashion-campaign look, surreal but completely real-looking. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: the woman standing small and full body in the left third of the white studio, in the window light, weight on one leg, hand at her hip, looking left toward the window. Wide empty white floor to her right. Video animates FROM this position. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the white cyclorama wall and floor, the tall window on the LEFT and every window-light patch remain static. Only animate the woman and the ostrich. One real adult ostrich enters from the RIGHT edge of frame, facing and walking LEFT toward her with long, high-stepping strides on its bare two-toed feet, body bobbing naturally. Glossy black body plumage, white wing and tail plumes, long bare pinkish-grey neck, small head. From the moment it enters it is already holding a cherry-red bag with a pale-pink monogram, tan leather handles and a chunky gold chain strap, by the handles in its beak. The ostrich is tall, its head about level with hers, and it keeps the SAME size the entire time — it never shrinks or grows. [SCENE 2] She hears it, turns her head and shoulders to the right toward the ostrich and breaks into a delighted half-smile. The ostrich stops just to her right, plants its feet, and bends its long neck down toward her, offering the bag. She extends her arm and closes her hand around the bag's top handles, the beak still on them. They hold that handoff. This final arrangement matches the end frame exactly and is reached only on the very last frame. THE LIGHT: KEY: soft directional daylight from the left window on the left sides of the woman and ostrich; the red reads warmer on her lit side and deeper crimson in shade; the ostrich's black feathers show a soft sheen; both cast soft shadows to the right on the floor. FIELD: the bright white room, unchanged. Cool-neutral white balance, faint warmth. THE CAMERA: straight-on, eye level, static, wide framing, deep focus. No camera move. Constraints: ONE woman and ONE ostrich only, no clones. The ostrich walks forward in the direction it faces, NOT backward, not sliding, not drifting, never teleporting; the bag stays in its beak until her hand closes on the handles, and the bag never appears or vanishes. Her outfit never changes: the same red checkerboard jacket and trousers. The woman stays in her spot. The wall stays blank: no text, no logo.

7. Animate the walk-off

Delivery frame first, end card last. She takes the bag, both turn right and walk out the right edge, then the logo appears on the empty wall.

Kling 3.0$0.84

Exact prompt

Create a new video where a woman in a head-to-toe red checkerboard suit takes a red monogram duffel bag from an ostrich's beak, then she and the ostrich walk off together out the right side of a sunlit white studio, the room empties, and a black Louis Vuitton logo appears on the blank wall. Locked camera, one continuous take, bright clean luxury fashion-campaign look. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: in the white studio, the woman in the red checkerboard suit stands in the left third, smiling, one arm extended holding the top handles of a cherry-red monogram duffel with tan handles and a gold chain strap; a tall ostrich stands just to her right with its long neck bent down, its beak on the same handles. Video animates FROM this position. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the white cyclorama wall and floor, the tall window on the LEFT and every window-light patch remain static. Only animate the woman, the ostrich and, at the very end, the logo. The ostrich lets go of the handles and lifts its head. She draws the bag in and hangs it in the crook of her arm, pleased. [SCENE 2] The ostrich turns its whole body around to face RIGHT, and she turns to face RIGHT too. Side by side, they walk forward toward the RIGHT edge of frame — she strolling with natural steps and the bag on her arm, the ostrich striding on its long legs beside her — and both exit cleanly out the right side. The ostrich keeps the SAME size the entire time, never shrinks. The wall stays completely blank while either of them is in frame. [SCENE 3] The studio is empty: white floor, window light, no person, no ostrich, no bag. Only then, the black Louis Vuitton logo — the interlocking LV monogram above the words LOUIS VUITTON — appears all at once in the center of the wall, crisp and flat, exactly matching the end frame. It appears ONCE, on the very last frame: no fade-in, no echo, no duplicate, no flicker. THE LIGHT: KEY: soft directional daylight from the left window, lighting the left sides of the woman and ostrich as they walk; their soft shadows travel with them to the right. FIELD: the bright white room, unchanged throughout. Cool-neutral white balance, faint warmth. THE CAMERA: straight-on, eye level, static, wide framing, deep focus. No camera move. Constraints: ONE woman and ONE ostrich only, no clones. Both walk forward in the direction they face, NOT backward, not sliding, not drifting, no moonwalking. Her outfit never changes: the same red checkerboard jacket and trousers, the same bag. The room never changes. No text or logo until both have left the frame.

8. Join the clips

Join the three clips in order: walk-in, delivery, walk-off. Use any video editor you like for this. I asked Emero to combine the segments for me instead, and Emero joined them into one video.

Why it works

Each clip has one job and two fixed endpoints. The stills set the look, so the video only moves the woman and the bird between frames you approved. When one clip misses, re-run that clip alone, not the whole spot.
