Nano Banana Pro + Kling 3.0 - fashion spot where a black Pegasus delivers the bag

Three stills and three clips turn one outfit into a fashion spot with a winged horse delivery

8 generations$3.04 total

In today's "animal frames" series I did a spot using Etro's single-breasted jacquard blazer with a teal, emerald and oxblood paisley on charcoal and a black velvet collar, the flared high-waisted chenille jacquard trousers in black with teal, turquoise and oxblood paisley, and the Vela Blossom bag in olive velvet, a gathered drawstring body with a gold chain and a Pegasus medallion charm. The animal is the Pegasus from Etro's own logo. You could use your own products as references if you want.

1. Build the empty studio

A white cyclorama, a white floor, and a tall window on the left throwing diagonal daylight across the wall and floor. Nobody in the room, and the right side left open for the animal.

Empty white studio with window light across the wall and floor, made with Nano Banana Pro

Exact prompt

The SAME clean white studio as the reference — white cyclorama wall and seamless floor, soft daylight raking in from a window on the LEFT — completely EMPTY: no people, no animal, no logo, no text, nothing on the walls. Just the bare, bright, premium white studio with the soft directional window light and gentle floor reflection. Wide 16:9 campaign framing.

2. Build the pose frame

One woman, full body, small in the left third, standing in the window light. Four references: a frame of the studio for the room, the camera and where she stands, a photo of the model for her face and hair, the blazer photo, and the trousers photo. Tell the model to ignore everything in the studio frame except the room.

Exact prompt

Create a new photorealistic image. This is a photograph taken in the white studio from the first reference from the start — not a composite. Rebuild the entire scene as if shot natively here, with unified lighting across subject and environment. Editorial fashion photography, unretouched, no beauty filter, no skin smoothing. THE VIBE: A confident Milanese woman pausing in a luminous, empty white studio, wearing Etro's paisley like it was made for her. Rich jewel-tone pattern against pure white space — quiet, assured luxury the moment before something surreal arrives. IDENTITY LOCK: Preserve the woman with warm olive skin and a low dark-brown chignon, from the second reference — her face, hair, skin and build. IGNORE the person, face and clothing in the first reference — the first reference is ONLY for the room, the camera, and WHERE the model stands. Do NOT take the second reference's position in the frame. THE SUBJECT / THE CHARACTERS: ONE single woman, no clones. She wears the single-breasted jacquard blazer with the teal, emerald and oxblood paisley motif on a charcoal ground, black velvet collar, two black buttons, fitted waist, worn buttoned — from the third reference. She wears the flared high-waisted trousers in black chenille jacquard with the teal, turquoise and oxblood paisley motif, full flare to the floor — from the fourth reference. Black leather pointed-toe ankle boots. The garments are relit entirely by this scene's light; the product references' studio lighting is discarded. Pose: standing with her weight on her left leg, body angled slightly toward the open right side of the frame, her right hand resting lightly in the trouser pocket, left arm relaxed, chin slightly lifted, gaze off toward the right of frame. Calm, poised expression. THE FACE: Real, unretouched skin with fine visible texture, faint pores across the nose and cheeks, slightly uneven natural tone, a few tiny imperfections. Mostly matte — natural shine only faintly on the nose tip and centre of the forehead. Minimal natural makeup: bare skin, no foundation, no contour, no highlighter, lightly groomed brows. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FIRST REFERENCE — MATCH EXACTLY): the same white cyclorama studio — tall window on the LEFT, the diagonal daylight shapes across the left wall and the white floor, the seamless floor-to-wall curve. No animal, no bag, no props. THE LIGHT: KEY — soft daylight from the tall window at high camera-left, gentle fall-off across her face and the blazer, shadow side about one stop under, the teal and oxblood paisley rich and true. FIELD — bright near-white, the window's diagonal light patches on wall and floor exactly as in the first reference. Her feet stand in the window's light patch on the floor, with a soft grounded contact shadow falling to the right. THE KEY DETAILS: The teal-and-oxblood paisley suit is the colour hit against all that white. THE MOOD: Composed, expectant, high-end — an Etro campaign still. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE 16:9, identical camera to the first reference. The woman stands in EXACTLY the spot where the model stands in the first reference: SMALL in the LEFT THIRD, body centred about one-third in from the left edge, close to the window, standing in its light patch, same full-body scale as that model, low on the floor with big airy space above. The whole centre and right of the frame is open empty white floor for an animal to enter later. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye-level, static, same lens and height as the first reference, sharp on the woman, looks like a real model photographed on set.

3. Build the delivery frame

Same frame, now with the Pegasus. The pose frame keeps her, the outfit and the room. The bag photo gives the bag. The Pegasus comes from text alone: a full-size jet-black horse with two huge black feathered wings, the bag held by the handle in the mouth. Give the horse a real scale, withers at about her shoulder height.

Exact prompt

Create a new photorealistic image. This is a photograph taken in the white studio from the first reference from the start — the same shoot, a moment later — not a composite. Rebuild the entire scene as if shot natively here, with unified lighting across the woman, the winged horse and the environment. Editorial fashion photography, unretouched, no beauty filter, no skin smoothing. THE VIBE: A surreal luxury moment — Etro's emblem, the Pegasus, has walked into the studio in the flesh to hand the woman her bag. Impossible, regal and calm, rich jewel-tone paisley against a powerful jet-black winged horse in pure white space. IDENTITY LOCK: Preserve the woman with warm olive skin and a low dark-brown chignon, her teal-and-oxblood paisley jacquard blazer with black velvet collar and flared paisley trousers and black pointed boots, from the first reference. Do NOT alter her face, hair, skin, build or outfit. THE SUBJECT / THE CHARACTERS: The woman stays in her exact spot from the first reference, in the left third, standing in the window's light patch; she has turned her body toward the horse, her right hand lifted and reaching out to take the bag's handle, a calm, delighted expression. The winged horse is invented from text: a powerful, real, full-size horse of Arabian-Friesian build — a jet-black glossy coat, a long flowing black mane and tail, a fine noble head with dark eyes, strong clean legs with black hooves — and two enormous feathered wings growing naturally from its withers, glossy black feathers with a faint blue-black sheen, the wings half-raised and swept up and back above its body, never covering the woman. Real scale: its withers at about the height of the woman's shoulders. It stands just to the right of her, facing left toward her, neck arched and head lowered, gently holding the bag by its top handle in its mouth and offering it to her. The bag is the olive-green velvet Vela Blossom bag — soft gathered drawstring body in moss-olive velvet, a rounded olive velvet top handle, gold hardware with the gold chain link and the round medallion charm bearing the Pegasus emblem hanging at the front, and a slim olive leather crossbody strap — from the second reference; relit by this scene's light, the product shot's studio lighting discarded. THE FACE: Real, unretouched skin with fine visible texture, faint pores, slightly uneven natural tone, mostly matte. Minimal natural makeup: bare skin, no foundation, no contour, no highlighter. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FIRST REFERENCE — MATCH EXACTLY): the same white cyclorama studio — tall window on the LEFT, the diagonal daylight shapes across the left wall and the white floor, the seamless floor-to-wall curve. THE LIGHT: KEY — the same soft daylight from the tall window at high camera-left lights both the woman and the horse: it rakes across the horse's face, chest and the near side of its black coat, catching a soft specular sheen on the coat and along the wing feathers, the far side of the horse falling about one stop under. FIELD — bright near-white, the window's diagonal light patches on wall and floor exactly as in the first reference. Grounded contact shadows under the woman's boots and under all four of the horse's hooves, falling to the right, plus the soft bounce of the white floor lifting the underside of the horse's belly and wings. THE KEY DETAILS: The olive velvet bag with its gold Pegasus medallion, held by the handle in the horse's mouth, is the hand-off point between them; the black wings against the white wall are the impossible beat. THE MOOD: Calm wonder, high-end and surreal — an Etro campaign still. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE 16:9, identical camera to the first reference. The woman small in the left third exactly where she stands in the first reference. The black Pegasus fills the centre-right: its body from about the middle of the frame to about 85% of the frame width, its head and the bag reaching left toward her hand, its raised wings rising into the upper middle of the frame with clear white space above them. Both full bodies visible, hooves and boots on the floor, nothing cropped. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye-level, static, same lens and height as the first reference, everything sharp, looks like a real photograph taken on set.

4. Build the end card

The same studio, empty, with the Etro logo on the wall. The pose frame gives the room and light. The official emblem gives the artwork only, drawn in black on the white wall. Ask for one logo, no echo, no duplicate.

Exact prompt

Create a new photorealistic image. This is a photograph of the white studio from the first reference, taken from the identical camera position, with the room now completely EMPTY — the end-card of a luxury fashion campaign. THE VIBE: Quiet, confident luxury sign-off. After the impossible Pegasus moment, the room is empty and the brand mark simply appears on the wall — crisp, inevitable, elegant. THE SUBJECT / THE CHARACTERS: No people, no animal, no bag, no props. IGNORE the woman in the first reference — the first reference is ONLY for the room, the camera and the light. The only subject is the brand mark on the wall: the leaping winged horse emblem — a Pegasus in profile facing left, front legs tucked and reaching forward, hind legs extended back, one swept-back feathered wing rising from its shoulders — drawn exactly as the emblem shape in the second reference, but rendered as a solid deep black silhouette on the white wall (the reverse of the second reference's white-on-black). Directly beneath the emblem, the wordmark "ETRO" in four wide, extended geometric sans-serif capital letters, generously letter-spaced, solid black, spelled exactly E-T-R-O and nothing else. The emblem sits centred above the wordmark, about the same width as the word, together forming one clean stacked lockup. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FIRST REFERENCE — MATCH EXACTLY): the same white cyclorama studio — tall window on the LEFT, the diagonal daylight shapes across the left wall and the white floor, the seamless floor-to-wall curve. Preserve the window light from the left and the geometric light patches on the wall and floor — do NOT remove them or flatten to plain even white. THE LIGHT: KEY — the same soft daylight from the tall window at high camera-left falls across the wall around the logo, a faint gradient from brighter left to softer right. FIELD — bright near-white room, the window's diagonal light patches on wall and floor exactly as in the first reference. The logo is flat, matte, printed onto the wall surface, lit by the same window light. THE KEY DETAILS: The black Pegasus emblem over the "ETRO" wordmark is the only mark in the frame — sharp edges, correct spelling, no extra text, no tagline. THE MOOD: Clean, assured, minimal — a premium brand bug that snaps on. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE 16:9, identical camera and framing to the first reference. The lockup is centred horizontally on the back wall, its centre a little above the middle of the frame height, the whole lockup about one-fifth of the frame width. Big open white space all around it; the floor and window light visible as in the first reference. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye-level, static, same lens and height as the first reference, everything sharp.

5. Animate the walk-in

The empty studio is the first frame, the pose frame is the last. She enters from the right edge and walks left to her mark. Name the direction, say one single woman, and rule out sliding and walking backward.

Exact prompt

Create a new video where a confident woman in an Etro paisley suit walks into an empty, sunlit white studio from the right side of the frame, crosses the floor toward the tall window on the left, and settles into a poised standing pose in the window's pool of daylight, gazing back toward the open right side of the room as if expecting someone. One continuous, locked-off wide shot; bright, airy, premium fashion-campaign look, soft window daylight from the left. ONE single woman, no clones. The woman: an Italian woman in her early thirties, slim-athletic build, warm olive skin with an olive undertone, dark brown hair in a low loose chignon with a few strands framing her face, natural real skin, minimal makeup; she wears a single-breasted jacquard blazer with a teal, emerald and oxblood paisley motif on a charcoal ground with a black velvet collar, worn buttoned, flared high-waisted black chenille-jacquard trousers with a teal, turquoise and oxblood paisley motif, and black pointed-toe ankle boots. The outfit stays exactly the same in every frame. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: the empty white studio — white cyclorama wall and seamless white floor, the tall window on the LEFT edge throwing diagonal daylight shapes across the left wall and the floor. No one in the room. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the wall, floor, window and light patches remain static; only the woman moves. The frame is locked; no camera movement. The woman steps in from just beyond the RIGHT edge of the frame, already facing left, walking forward toward the window side with long, confident, unhurried strides, the flared trousers swinging with each step, heels landing naturally, her arms swinging lightly. She walks forward naturally, facing the way she travels, NOT backward, not sliding, not drifting. [SCENE 2] She arrives at her spot about one-third in from the left edge, standing in the window's light patch on the floor, small and full-length in the wide frame. She slows, plants her weight on her left leg, turns her body slightly back toward the open right side of the room, slips her right hand into the trouser pocket, lifts her chin and looks off toward the right, calm and poised — a held, settled final pose with gentle breathing and a faint shift of weight. The soft window daylight from the left lights her face and the paisley jacquard, her shadow falling to the right across the white floor; the background stays bright near-white.

6. Animate the delivery

Pose frame first, delivery frame last. The Pegasus walks in from the right with the bag in the mouth the whole way, stops beside her and offers the bag.

Exact prompt

Create a new video where, in an empty sunlit white studio, a woman in an Etro paisley suit waits by the window as a magnificent jet-black winged horse — a Pegasus — walks in from the right side of the frame carrying an olive-green velvet handbag by its handle in its mouth, approaches her calmly, and stops beside her offering the bag; she turns toward it, smiling, and reaches out for the bag. One continuous, locked-off wide shot; surreal, regal, high-end fashion-campaign look, soft window daylight from the left lighting both of them. ONE single woman and ONE single horse, no clones. The woman's face, hair, build and outfit stay exactly as in the starting frame. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: the woman stands in the left third of the frame in the window's light patch, weight on her left leg, right hand in her trouser pocket, gazing toward the open right side of the room; she wears the teal-and-oxblood paisley jacquard blazer with black velvet collar, the flared paisley trousers and black pointed boots. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the white cyclorama wall, seamless white floor, the tall window on the LEFT and its diagonal daylight shapes remain static. The frame is locked; no camera movement. From just beyond the RIGHT edge of the frame, the black Pegasus walks in, already facing left, in a slow, proud four-beat walk — a full-size horse with a glossy jet-black coat, long flowing black mane and tail, fine noble head, black hooves — its two huge feathered black wings held half-raised and swept back above its body, the long feathers lifting and settling gently with each step. It holds the olive-green velvet Vela bag by its rounded top handle in its mouth the ENTIRE time — the soft gathered velvet body and gold Pegasus medallion swinging gently below its chin. It walks forward naturally, facing the way it travels, head nodding with its stride, NOT backward, not sliding, not drifting. The bag never leaves its mouth during the walk. [SCENE 2] The woman notices it, takes her hand out of her pocket and turns her body toward the horse, a delighted smile spreading. The Pegasus slows and halts just to her right, arches its neck and lowers its head toward her, offering the bag; its wings rise up to their full height above its back and hold there, feathers spread. She lifts her right hand and reaches out toward the bag's handle — a held, final beat with the bag hanging between them. The soft window daylight from the left rakes across the horse's face and chest, catching a soft sheen on the black coat and wing feathers; grounded contact shadows under her boots and under all four hooves; the room stays bright near-white.

7. Animate the walk-off

Delivery frame first, end card last. She takes the bag, both turn right and walk out the right edge, then the logo appears on the empty wall. Keep the wings half-raised and visible the whole time. When I asked for folded wings, the wings disappeared.

Kling 3.0$0.84

Exact prompt

Create a new video where, in a sunlit white studio, a woman in an Etro paisley suit takes an olive-green velvet handbag from the mouth of a full-size jet-black winged horse — a Pegasus whose huge black feathered wings stay clearly visible on its back the entire time — then she and the Pegasus turn and walk off together to the right side of the frame, side by side, leaving the room empty; only then does the Etro logo, a black winged-horse emblem above the word ETRO, snap onto the white wall. One continuous, locked-off wide shot; regal, surreal, high-end fashion-campaign finish, soft window daylight from the left. ONE single woman and ONE single horse, no clones. Her face, hair, build and outfit stay exactly as in the starting frame. The horse stays the SAME full adult size, the same build and the same huge wings in every single frame — it never shrinks, never becomes a foal or pony, and its wings never disappear. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: the woman stands in the left third in the window's light, turned toward the black Pegasus, her right hand reaching for the olive velvet bag that hangs by its handle from the horse's mouth; the full-size horse stands just to her right, neck arched, head lowered, its huge black feathered wings raised high. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the white cyclorama wall, seamless white floor, the tall window on the LEFT and its diagonal daylight shapes remain static, and the back wall stays completely blank and white. The frame is locked; no camera movement. Her fingers close around the bag's rounded velvet handle, the horse opens its mouth and releases it, and she draws the bag in and hooks it over her forearm, smiling. The wings lower to a half-raised position, swept back above the horse's body, every long black feather still clearly visible. [SCENE 2] Both of them turn to face RIGHT — the woman turns her body to the right, and the Pegasus turns its body around to face right — THEN they walk forward together toward the right edge of the frame, side by side, same direction, the horse in a calm, proud four-beat walk with its head nodding, its big half-raised black wings riding high on its back and lifting gently with each stride, clearly visible against the white wall the whole way; the woman strides beside it with the bag on her arm and her flared paisley trousers swinging. Both walk forward naturally, facing the way they travel, NOT backward, not sliding, not drifting. The horse and its wings stay full-size as they walk out past the right edge. Throughout this walk the back wall stays completely blank — no logo, no mark, no shadow of one. [SCENE 3] Only once both of them are fully out of frame and the white studio is completely empty, the logo appears on the centre of the back wall all at once, instantly, no fade: a solid black leaping winged-horse emblem centred above the word "ETRO" in wide, letter-spaced black capitals. A still, held hero end frame, the window daylight still falling across the white wall and floor.

Join the three clips in order: walk-in, delivery, walk-off. Use any video editor you like for this. I asked Emero to combine the segments for me instead, and Emero joined them into one video.

Why it works

Each clip has one job and two fixed endpoints. The stills set the look, so the video only moves the woman and the horse between frames you approved. When one clip misses, re-run that clip alone, not the whole spot.
