Nano Banana Pro + Kling 3.0 - fashion spot where a fire Phoenix delivers the cap
Three stills and three clips turn one outfit into a fashion spot with a fire Phoenix delivery
In today's "animal frames" series I did a spot using Belstaff's Trialmaster jacket in Oxblood, a belted waxed-cotton motorcycle jacket with a buckled stand collar, four flap pockets and brass poppers, the B69 straight-leg jeans in washed black, and the Phoenix cap in Pale Stone, a cream cotton cap with the black Phoenix emblem on a grey patch. The animal is the Phoenix from Belstaff's own logo. You could use your own products as references if you want.
1. Build the empty studio
A white cyclorama, a white floor, and a tall window on the left throwing diagonal daylight across the wall and floor. Nobody in the room, and the right side left open for the animal.

Exact prompt
The SAME clean white studio as the reference — white cyclorama wall and seamless floor, soft daylight raking in from a window on the LEFT — completely EMPTY: no people, no animal, no logo, no text, nothing on the walls. Just the bare, bright, premium white studio with the soft directional window light and gentle floor reflection. Wide 16:9 campaign framing.
2. Build the pose frame
One man, full body, small in the left third, standing in the window light. Three references: a frame of the studio for the room, the camera and where he stands, the jacket photo, and the jeans photo. Tell the model to ignore everything in the studio frame except the room.

Exact prompt
Create a new photorealistic image. This is a photograph taken in the white studio from the first reference from the start — not a composite. Rebuild the entire scene as if shot natively here, with unified lighting across subject and environment. Editorial fashion photography, unretouched, no beauty filter, no skin smoothing. THE VIBE: Rugged British motorcycle heritage meets a pristine luxury studio — a seasoned rider in a waxed-cotton icon, standing easy and self-assured in an empty, sunlit white room, as if waiting for something legendary to arrive. IDENTITY LOCK: The man is invented from text — a British man in his late thirties, lean athletic build, light skin with a neutral undertone and a faint outdoor weathering, grey-blue eyes, a strong defined jaw, short dark-brown textured hair swept back, and a short five-day stubble beard with a few grey flecks at the chin. Adult structure: defined cheekbones, a firm jaw, faint fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes. IGNORE the person, face and clothing in the first reference — the first reference is ONLY for the room, the camera, and WHERE the model stands. THE SUBJECT / THE CHARACTERS: ONE single man, no clones. He wears the waxed-cotton motorcycle jacket in deep oxblood — a rich burgundy-brown waxed cotton with a soft natural wax patina, stand collar with a buckled throat strap, a matching waxed belt with a brass buckle cinched at the waist, four flap pockets with brass press-stud poppers, brass poppers down the front placket, the small embroidered emblem patch on the upper left sleeve — fastened and belted, from the second reference. He wears the straight-leg jeans in washed black denim, softly faded, five-pocket, from the third reference. Black leather lace-up motorcycle boots. The garments are relit entirely by this scene's light; the product references' studio lighting is discarded. Pose: standing with his weight on one hip, body angled slightly toward the open right side of the frame, his left thumb hooked into the jacket's waist belt, his right arm relaxed at his side, chin level, gaze off toward the right of frame. Calm, self-assured expression. THE FACE: Real, unretouched skin with fine visible texture, faint pores across the nose and cheeks, slightly uneven natural tone, a few tiny imperfections. Mostly matte — natural shine only faintly on the nose tip and centre of the forehead. No makeup: bare skin, no foundation, no contour, no highlighter, natural brows. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FIRST REFERENCE — MATCH EXACTLY): the same white cyclorama studio — tall window on the LEFT, the diagonal daylight shapes across the left wall and the white floor, the seamless floor-to-wall curve. Preserve the window light and the geometric light patches on wall and floor — do NOT flatten them to plain even white. No animal, no cap, no props. THE LIGHT: KEY — soft daylight from the tall window at high camera-left, a gentle fall-off across his face and the jacket, his shadow side about one stop under, the waxed cotton catching a soft low sheen along the folds, the oxblood reading rich and deep. FIELD — bright near-white, the window's diagonal light patches on wall and floor exactly as in the first reference. His boots stand in the window's light patch on the floor, with a soft grounded contact shadow falling to the right. THE KEY DETAILS: The oxblood waxed motorcycle jacket with its belt, buckled collar and brass poppers is the hero against all that white. THE MOOD: Grounded, assured, heritage-cool — a premium Belstaff campaign still the moment before the legend arrives. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE 16:9, identical camera to the first reference. The man stands in EXACTLY the spot where the model stands in the first reference: SMALL in the LEFT THIRD, body centred about one-third in from the left edge, close to the window, standing in its light patch, same full-body scale as that model, low on the floor with big airy space above. The whole centre and right of the frame is open empty white floor for something to enter later. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye-level, static, same lens and height as the first reference, sharp on the man, looks like a real model photographed on set, not a render.
3. Build the delivery frame
Same frame, now with the Phoenix. The pose frame keeps him, the outfit and the room. The cap photo gives the cap. The jacket photo goes in again so the waxed cotton stays matte instead of turning into leather. The Phoenix comes from text alone: a huge firebird of living flame, standing on the floor, the cap held by the brim in the beak. Make the bird a light source, so the firelight lands on him and the floor.

Exact prompt
Create a new photorealistic image. This is a photograph taken in the white studio from the first reference from the start — the same shoot, a moment later — not a composite. Rebuild the entire scene as if shot natively here, with unified lighting across the man, the firebird and the environment. Editorial fashion photography, unretouched, no beauty filter, no skin smoothing. (PHOTOREALISTIC) man and studio; (CINEMATIC VFX) the living-flame plumage of the bird. THE VIBE: A legend walks into the room. Belstaff's emblem, the Phoenix, has arrived in the flesh — a magnificent firebird of living flame — to hand a rider his cap. Impossible, warm and awe-struck, blazing orange and gold against pure white space. IDENTITY LOCK: Preserve the man with light weathered skin, swept-back dark-brown hair and grey-flecked stubble, and his outfit, from the first reference. Do NOT alter his face, hair, skin or build. THE SUBJECT / THE CHARACTERS: The man stays in his exact spot from the first reference, in the left third, standing in the window's light patch; he has turned his body toward the bird, his right hand lifted and reaching out toward the cap in its beak, a calm, awed half-smile, his face and the front of his jacket warmed by its firelight. His jacket is the oxblood motorcycle jacket from the third reference — matte, dry-finish waxed cotton with a soft dull wax patina, NOT leather, no glossy shine — with its stand collar and buckled throat strap, the belt cinched at the waist with a brass buckle, four flap pockets and brass poppers. Washed black straight-leg jeans and black leather lace-up boots, as in the first reference. The Phoenix is invented from text: a huge, powerful, majestic bird of prey in the shape of a great eagle crossed with a pheasant, standing on the white floor on strong golden talons, its body as tall as the man's chest; a sharp hooked golden beak, fierce bright amber eyes, a crest of flickering flame-feathers on its head; its plumage layered in deep crimson, flame-orange and molten gold, every feather edge glowing like live embers; two broad wings half-raised and swept back, their long flight-feathers tipped in licking flame; a long sweeping train of tail feathers trailing out behind it toward the right, dissolving at the tips into living fire. It stands just to the right of the man, facing left toward him, neck stretched forward and head lowered, holding the baseball cap gently by the edge of its brim in its beak, offering it. The cap is the cream pale-stone cotton baseball cap with a small grey rectangular patch on the front bearing the black winged emblem and the word BELSTAFF, curved brim, from the second reference — clean and unscorched. THE FACE: Real, unretouched skin with fine visible texture, faint pores, slightly uneven natural tone, mostly matte. No makeup: bare skin, no foundation, no contour, no highlighter. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FIRST REFERENCE — MATCH EXACTLY): the same white cyclorama studio — tall window on the LEFT, the diagonal daylight shapes across the left wall and the white floor, the seamless floor-to-wall curve. Preserve the window light and its geometric light patches — do NOT flatten them. THE LIGHT: Two sources. The soft daylight from the tall window at high camera-left still lights the room and the man's left side, his window-side a stop under. The Phoenix is the brightest thing in the frame and a living light source: its glowing plumage casts a warm, flickering orange-gold key onto the man's right side, his hand, the front of his jacket and his face, and pools warm orange light across the white floor and the lower wall around the bird, with the man's shadow thrown left away from it; it rim-lights the man's right edge in warm gold. White-hot at the core of the feathers, shading through orange and red to dark ember tips; a gentle heat shimmer in the air above its back and wings; a few small embers and sparks drifting upward from its wings and tail, and a faint wisp of smoke curling off the tail tips. FIELD — bright near-white room, warmed only near the bird. Grounded contact: the bird's talons press on the floor with a warm reflection beneath them; the man's boots cast a soft contact shadow. THE KEY DETAILS: The cream Belstaff cap held in the firebird's beak is the hand-off point; the blazing flame-plumage against the white wall is the impossible beat. THE MOOD: Awe, warmth and legend — a premium Belstaff campaign still. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE 16:9, identical camera to the first reference. The man small in the left third exactly where he stands in the first reference. The Phoenix fills the centre-right: its body around the middle of the frame, its head and the cap reaching left toward his hand, its half-raised wings rising into the upper middle of the frame with clear white space above them, its long fiery tail sweeping out toward the right third. Both fully visible, talons and boots on the floor, nothing cropped, nothing touching the top edge. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye-level, static, same lens and height as the first reference, everything sharp, looks like a real photograph taken on set.
4. Build the end card
The same studio, empty, with the Belstaff logo on the wall. The pose frame gives the room and light. The official logo file gives the artwork only. Ask for one logo, no echo, no duplicate.

Exact prompt
Create a new photorealistic image. This is a photograph of the white studio from the first reference, taken from the identical camera position, with the room now completely EMPTY — the end-card of a luxury heritage-fashion campaign. THE VIBE: A confident sign-off. After the Phoenix's blazing visit the room stands empty and still, and the brand mark simply appears on the wall — bold, clean, iconic. THE SUBJECT / THE CHARACTERS: No people, no bird, no cap, no fire, no props. IGNORE the man in the first reference — the first reference is ONLY for the room, the camera and the light. The only subject is the brand logo printed on the wall, reproduced exactly from the second reference: on the left, the Phoenix emblem — a bold black heraldic bird with upswept, layered flame-like feathered wings rising on both sides, its body a circle containing a white T-shaped mark — and to its right, on the same baseline, the wordmark "BELSTAFF" in heavy, wide, generously letter-spaced black geometric capitals, spelled exactly B-E-L-S-T-A-F-F. Render the emblem ONCE and the wordmark ONCE — one single horizontal lockup, no duplicate, no echo, no second line of text, no white box or border behind it; the white background of the second reference is just the wall. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FIRST REFERENCE — MATCH EXACTLY): the same white cyclorama studio — tall window on the LEFT, the diagonal daylight shapes across the left wall and the white floor, the seamless floor-to-wall curve. Preserve the window light and the geometric light patches on wall and floor — do NOT remove them or flatten to plain even white. THE LIGHT: KEY — the same soft daylight from the tall window at high camera-left falls across the wall around the logo, a faint gradient from brighter left to softer right. FIELD — bright near-white room, the window's diagonal light patches on wall and floor exactly as in the first reference. The logo is flat, matte black, printed onto the wall surface and lit by the same window light. THE KEY DETAILS: The black Phoenix emblem with the "BELSTAFF" wordmark beside it is the only mark in the frame — crisp edges, correct spelling, no extra text, no tagline. THE MOOD: Clean, assured, iconic — a premium brand bug that snaps on. THE COMPOSITION: WIDE 16:9, identical camera and framing to the first reference. The horizontal lockup is centred on the back wall, its centre a little above the middle of the frame height, the whole lockup about one-third of the frame width. Big open white space around it; the floor and window light visible as in the first reference. THE CAMERA: Straight-on, eye-level, static, same lens and height as the first reference, everything sharp.
5. Animate the walk-in
The empty studio is the first frame, the pose frame is the last. He enters from the right edge and walks left to his mark. Name the direction, say one single man, and rule out sliding and walking backward.
Exact prompt
Create a new video where a rugged British rider in a Belstaff motorcycle jacket walks into an empty, sunlit white studio from the right side of the frame, crosses the floor toward the tall window on the left, and settles into a relaxed, self-assured standing pose in the window's pool of daylight, gazing back toward the open right side of the room as if expecting something. One continuous, locked-off wide shot; bright, airy, premium heritage-fashion campaign look, soft window daylight from the left. ONE single man, no clones. The man: a British man in his late thirties, lean athletic build, about six feet tall, light skin with a neutral undertone and faint outdoor weathering, short dark-brown textured hair swept back, a short five-day stubble beard with a few grey flecks, grey-blue eyes, strong jaw, natural real skin, no makeup; he wears a deep oxblood-brown motorcycle jacket with a stand collar and buckled throat strap, a matching belt with a brass buckle cinched at the waist, four flap pockets with brass poppers, fastened; washed black straight-leg jeans; black leather lace-up motorcycle boots. The outfit stays exactly the same in every frame. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: the empty white studio — white cyclorama wall and seamless white floor, the tall window on the LEFT edge throwing diagonal daylight shapes across the left wall and the floor. No one in the room. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the wall, floor, window and light patches remain static; only the man moves. The frame is locked; no camera movement. The man steps in from just beyond the RIGHT edge of the frame, already facing left, walking forward toward the window side with a loose, unhurried, slightly rolling rider's stride, boots landing firmly, arms swinging easily, the jacket's belt and hem moving with each step. He walks forward naturally, facing the way he travels, NOT backward, not sliding, not drifting. [SCENE 2] He arrives at his spot about one-third in from the left edge, standing in the window's light patch on the floor, small and full-length in the wide frame. He slows, settles his weight onto one hip, turns his body slightly back toward the open right side of the room, hooks a thumb into the jacket's waist belt, and looks off toward the right, calm and self-assured — a held, settled final pose with gentle breathing and a faint shift of weight. The soft window daylight from the left lights his face and the jacket, his shadow falling to the right across the white floor; the background stays bright near-white.
6. Animate the delivery
Pose frame first, delivery frame last. The Phoenix struts in from the right with the cap in the beak. Fire is the hard part on video. Say the flames burn the entire time and never go out, the bird walks and never flies, and the cap never catches fire.
Exact prompt
Create a new video where, in an empty sunlit white studio, a rugged rider in an oxblood motorcycle jacket waits by the window as a magnificent Phoenix — a huge firebird whose plumage is living flame — walks in on foot from the right side of the frame carrying a cream baseball cap by its brim in its beak, approaches him, and stops beside him offering the cap; he turns toward it and reaches out for the cap. One continuous, locked-off wide shot; awe-struck, legendary, premium heritage-fashion campaign look. ONE single man and ONE single bird, no clones. The man's face, hair, build and outfit stay exactly as in the starting frame. The bird's flames burn continuously and uninterrupted from the moment it appears to the very last frame — its fire never goes out, never fades, never stops. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: the man stands in the left third of the frame in the window's light patch, weight on one hip, a thumb hooked into his jacket belt, looking toward the open right side of the room; deep oxblood-brown belted motorcycle jacket, washed black jeans, black boots. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the white cyclorama wall, seamless white floor, the tall window on the LEFT and its diagonal daylight shapes remain static. The frame is locked; no camera movement. From just beyond the RIGHT edge of the frame, the Phoenix walks in on the floor, already facing left — a huge eagle-like bird with a body as tall as the man's chest, a hooked golden beak, fierce amber eyes and a crest of flickering flame-feathers, its plumage layered crimson, flame-orange and molten gold with every feather edge glowing like live embers, two broad wings held half-raised and swept back with flame licking along their tips, and a long sweeping tail of feathers trailing behind it that dissolve at the ends into living fire. It moves in a slow, deliberate, high-stepping raptor's strut, strong golden talons lifting and planting on the white floor, its head steady and proud. It walks the entire time and never takes off or flies. It holds the cream baseball cap gently by the edge of its curved brim in its beak the whole way — the cap never leaves its beak and never catches fire. It walks forward naturally, facing the way it travels, NOT backward, not sliding, not drifting. Continuous, flickering, living flame ripples across its plumage, wing tips and tail throughout; small embers and sparks rise and drift upward from its wings and tail; a faint heat shimmer wavers above its back; a wisp of smoke curls off the tail tips. [SCENE 2] As it nears, the bird's warm orange-gold firelight grows across the white floor and begins to bleed onto the man — warming his face, his right hand and the front of his jacket, flickering with the flames, and rim-lighting his right edge in gold, while the window daylight still lights his left side. He notices it, unhooks his thumb and turns his body toward the bird, a calm, awed half-smile spreading. The Phoenix halts just to his right, stretches its neck forward and lowers its head toward him, offering the cap; its burning wings rise a little higher and hold, flames still flickering. He lifts his right hand and reaches out toward the cap — a held final beat, the cap hanging from its beak between them, embers drifting upward, the flames alive and moving. Warm reflections of the fire shimmer on the floor beneath its talons.
7. Animate the walk-off
Delivery frame first, end card last. He takes the cap and pulls the cap on, both turn right and walk out the right edge, then the logo appears on the empty wall. Keep the wings visible the whole time and the bird at the same size.
Exact prompt
Create a new video where, in a sunlit white studio, a rugged rider in an oxblood motorcycle jacket takes a cream baseball cap from the beak of a huge Phoenix — a firebird whose plumage is living flame — and pulls the cap onto his head; then he and the Phoenix turn and walk off together to the right side of the frame, side by side, leaving the room empty; only then does the Belstaff logo — a black Phoenix emblem beside the word BELSTAFF — snap onto the white wall. One continuous, locked-off wide shot; legendary, warm, premium heritage-fashion finish. ONE single man and ONE single bird, no clones. The man's face, hair, build and outfit stay exactly as in the starting frame. The Phoenix stays the SAME huge size, the same shape and the same colours in every frame — it never shrinks, never changes into another creature. Its flames burn continuously and uninterrupted the entire time it is in frame — the fire never goes out, never fades, never stops — and its wings stay clearly visible on its back the whole time. [SCENE 1] THE STARTING FRAME: the man stands in the left third in the window's light, turned toward the Phoenix, his right hand reaching for the cream cap held by its brim in the bird's beak; the Phoenix stands just to his right on golden talons, neck stretched forward, its crimson, flame-orange and gold plumage burning, wings half-raised with flame along their tips, its long fiery tail trailing to the right. THE SETTING (UNCHANGED FROM FRAME): the white cyclorama wall, seamless white floor, the tall window on the LEFT and its diagonal daylight shapes remain static, and the back wall stays completely blank and white. The frame is locked; no camera movement. His fingers close on the cap's brim, the bird opens its beak and releases it, and he lifts the cap and pulls it onto his head with one hand, adjusting the brim, a quiet half-smile. Living flame keeps rippling across the bird's plumage, embers and sparks rising, warm orange firelight flickering across the floor and on the man's jacket. [SCENE 2] Both of them turn to face RIGHT — the man turns his body to the right, and the Phoenix turns its body around to face right — THEN they walk forward together toward the right edge of the frame, side by side, same direction: the man with a loose, unhurried rider's stride, the cap on his head; the Phoenix in a slow, deliberate, high-stepping raptor's strut on its golden talons, its burning wings held half-raised and clearly visible on its back, its flaming tail sweeping behind it, embers trailing in the air behind them. It walks the whole time and never takes off or flies. Both walk forward naturally, facing the way they travel, NOT backward, not sliding, not drifting. They walk out past the right edge, and the warm firelight leaves the floor with them. Throughout this walk the back wall stays completely blank — no logo, no mark, no shadow of one. [SCENE 3] Only once both of them are fully out of frame and the white studio is completely empty, the logo appears on the centre of the back wall all at once, instantly, no fade: a bold black Phoenix emblem with upswept flame-like wings, and beside it the word "BELSTAFF" in heavy, wide, letter-spaced black capitals. A still, held hero end frame, the window daylight falling across the white wall and floor.
8. Join the clips
Join the three clips in order: walk-in, delivery, walk-off. Use any video editor you like for this. I asked Emero to combine the segments for me instead, and Emero joined them into one video.
Exact prompt
Why it works
Each clip has one job and two fixed endpoints. The stills set the look, so the video only moves the man and the bird between frames you approved. When one clip misses, re-run that clip alone, not the whole spot.
